Crashdïet Announce New Album with the Release of “No Man’s Land”
Following in the footsteps of Crazy Lixx and Hardcore Superstar, who have both been highly active with new releases—Crazy Lixx with their latest album and Hardcore Superstar with a string of singles—another band from the so-called Big Four of Swedish Sleaze Glam has kicked off promotion for their own upcoming album. This time, it’s Crashdïet, who have just released their brand-new single “No Man’s Land.”
With this release, the band officially announces their sixth studio album, which is set to be released early next year under Golden Robot Records. Their previous album, Rust (2019), was highly acclaimed and even ranked second on Junkyard Rock Stories’ Best Albums of 2019 list. Whether they can surpass the success of that album remains to be seen—we’ll keep you updated as always.
Crashdïet’s current lineup consists of:
- Martin Sweet – Guitar
- Peter London – Bass
- Eric Young – Drums
- Gabriel Keyes – Vocals (who made his debut with the band on Rust)
Formed in 2000, Crashdïet are a key part of the Swedish sleaze-glam metal scene, which played a major role in reviving the genre. Their debut album, Rest In Sleaze (2005), is still widely regarded as the Appetite for Destruction of its time.
Stay tuned for more updates on Crashdïet’s highly anticipated new album!
