The Wildhearts Unleash Epic New Single and Tease Upcoming Album

The Wildhearts, iconic stalwarts of UK rock, have released their new single, “Failure Is The Mother Of Success,” marking the first glimpse of their forthcoming album, Satanic Rites of The Wildhearts, set for release on March 7 via Snakefarm. The track, an ambitious eight-minute opus, delivers a dynamic blend of soaring choruses and electrifying riffs.

Frontman Ginger Wildheart describes it as a song about resilience, reflecting on the mantra, “fall down three times, get up four.” He shared, “It’s about feeling like you’re worth getting back up for. Mistakes are essential to life; everyone makes them. I hope fans absolutely love this!”

The new album marks an intense period of self-discovery for Ginger, with songs born from the struggle of turning negative energy into something cathartic and ultimately hopeful. “The record starts in a pretty dark place but grows into something uplifting,” he says. “It’s got everything—huge choruses, ferocious riffs, frustration, anger, and even revelation. This is hard rock for people who love their hard rock served raw and real.”

Produced by studio wizard Jim Pinder, whose credits include Bring Me The Horizon and Bullet For My Valentine, the album promises to be an explosive return to form for the band that’s made a career of defying expectations.

Snakefarm’s Dante Bonutto, a longtime champion of The Wildhearts, admits that picking the lead single wasn’t easy. “Every song on this album could’ve been a single!” he enthuses. “But ‘Failure Is The Mother Of Success’ captures the spirit of the record perfectly. It’s an anthem for anyone who’s ever faced adversity and come out stronger. And Ginger, in true Wildhearts style, somehow crams an entire album’s worth of ideas into one glorious track.” For fans, this epic number is both a bold statement and a thrilling promise of what the album will deliver.

Junkyard Rock Stories: This is like making a soup and throwing in every possible ingredient that comes to mind, all of it raw, of course. Nothing quite fits together, yet you’re compelled to keep eating until the end. It’s spicy and sweet, and sometimes it even bites. That’s a short description of this seven-and-a-half-minute masterpiece. The Wildhearts, completely in their element.
