Hardcore Superstar’s Jocke Berg Confirms New Album in the Works
Jocke Berg, frontman of Swedish sleaze rock legends Hardcore Superstar, recently sat down with Caz Parker from MMH – The Home of Rock Radio to discuss the band’s future plans. Among the key revelations: a new album is officially in the works, with fresh music expected as early as next year.
“We are writing songs at the moment. We’ve got a few done and have been working with a German producer named Julian, who is crazy good,” Berg shared. “During the tour, Vic [Zino, guitarist] and I sit and go through guitar ideas, and everything is so smooth and easy. It’s going to be a great record, I promise you that.”
When asked about the timeline for the album’s release, Berg hinted that fans wouldn’t have to wait too long. “We don’t know the exact date, but we want to have a single out before Monsters of Rock Cruise.” With the next MORC set to sail on March 10, new music from Hardcore Superstar could drop in early 2025.
