Mötley Crüe performed a free concert at the end of Day Two of the NFL Draft on April 29, entertaining fans with a six-song set outside Union Station in Kansas City. The event was part of the three-day NFL Draft Concert Series, which also featured performances by Fall Out Boy and Thundercat.

In addition to the concert, bassist Nikki Sixx also gave an update to fans on the band’s upcoming new music. Sixx mentioned that the band hasn’t recorded anything new in a while, but they are currently working on a new set of songs that feels more personal to them. He also shared that he has already finished one song and is working on another, with plans to show them to the rest of the band soon. While there’s no word on when the new music will be released, Sixx stated that they’re letting the music guide them.

This was the first performance by the band after the Mick Mars vs Mötley Crüe controversy. Whether they used backing tracks or not, you can check for yourself in the videos below. Thanks Sabrina Wagner for the videos!
